Director
Graeme trained with ASM Chartered Accountants in Dungannon, where he became a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor. Having over 19 years’ experience in practice with ASM, he left to set up GDP Accountants.
Graeme has a broad range of experience in many areas including accounts, audit, corporate and personal taxation, inheritance tax and corporate finance. Graeme is skilled in IT and has implemented many computerised accounts systems for clients. He is vastly experienced in the use and implementation of Sage 50 Accounts, Sage Cloud and Sage Payroll. With this comprehensive range of experience, Graeme prides himself in being able to offer a complete package to clients.
Graeme is focused on being more than just an accountant and business advisor; he places the utmost importance on building long-term relationships with his clients through offering a friendly and down to earth approach.
Norman Adams FCA
Consultant
Norman qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1982 and worked for Coopers & Lybrand (Now PWC) for 17 years. He turned down the offer of a partnership in C&L to set up ASM Chartered Accountants in 1995. In 1999 Norman moved to Dungannon to focus on developing the firm's Dungannon based audit, accounting, tax and advisory services. His clients ranged from family and owner managed businesses to large corporations, charities, not-for-profit organisations, professional services firms and high net worth individuals. He also advised a range of private and public sector clients on financial controls, financial reporting and organisational reviews.
As a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Norman also specialised in inheritance tax planning, estates’ taxation, tax efficient use of trusts, succession planning and protection of family wealth. Norman retired from ASM in 2016 and has pursued several other business and charitable interests.
Norman has been President of the Rotary club of Dungannon on two occasions and has served on many boards and committees.
